Construction Work Program · Intersection Improvement · Cities: Atlanta · Funding: NEPA · The proposed project is 0.37 miles in length and would have SR 3 remain a 5-lane section, with dual right turn lanes added to SR 3 on Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway (westbound). 5 to 10 ft wide sidewalks would be provided on the west and east side of the project. The Travis Street intersection with Northside Drive would be converted to a Right-in/Right-Out (RIRO). Landscaped medians would also be reconstructed with revised widths. CR - 05/29/2024
