Construction Work Program · Operational Improvement · Cities: Buford · Funding: NEPA · The proposed improvements include: The extension of the SR 20 southbound left turn lane at the SR 324 intersection by closing an existing median opening at the Hyundai/Toyota dealerships; the SR 324 westbound right turn lane will be converted to a free-flow right turn by widening SR 20 with this fourth SR 20 northbound through lane dropping as a right turn lane at Bogan Road; the gore area on Financial Center Way will be restriped to extend the eastbound left turn lane onto SR 20 northbound.
