The proposed study area will consist of the intersection of Rowell Road at I-285 Eastbound Ramps, the intersection of Roswell Road at I-285 Westbound Ramps, and the 2,400 foot segment of Roswell Road that connects Cliftwood Drive and Lake Placid Drive. This interchange is a key gateway into the City, and the closest gateway to access City of Sandy Springs.
