Road project 0020108: SR 360 FROM CHEATHAM HILL ROAD TO COUNTY SERVICES PKWY
Construction Work Program · Shared Use Path · Cities: Not City · Funding: NEPA · This project proposes to add a 10 ft wide (8 ft wide in a constricted area) shared use path along the south side of SR 360/Powder Springs Road from Cheatham Hill Road/Callaway Road to County Services Parkway for a total project length of approximately one mile. SR 360/Powder Springs Road serves as an east-west minor arterial between the City of Marietta and the City of Powder Springs in Cobb County. As part of the project’s improvements, the existing south-side rural shoulder of SR 360/Powder Springs Road will be reconstructed as an urban border area, including 30-in curb and gutter, a grassed “beauty strip,” and closed system storm drainage.
