Road project 0020067: BELLS FERRY ROAD @ NOONDAY CREEK
Construction Work Program · Bridges · Cities: Not City · Funding: NEPA · The existing bridge along Bells Ferry Road over Noonday Creek would be replaced with a structure that meets current standards along with increased length and width to accommodate a third vehicular lane, future extension of the Noonday Creek Trail, and improved bridge hydraulics. The proposed bridge will be constructed roughly at the same elevation as the existing bridge. A new northbound left turn lane and southbound right turn lane would be added for improved access to the Noonday Creek Trailhead. The bridge height and bent locations will be designed to accommodate the future extension of the Noonday Creek Trail under the bridge.
