What you are actually buying. Collected public records, not a guarantee of completeness. Coverage and lag are published per county on the coverage page, and every alert carries the publisher, the source link, the record date and the timestamp we collected it. No matching result means no matching record was collected — it is not proof that no permit exists.
Where we collect. Records currently span 34 states beyond Georgia, plus every one of Georgia's 159 counties, which is where collection started and where coverage is densest.
